San Juan: Puerto de Tierra
Centrally located between Old San Juan and Condado with a great beach.

This area is just east of Old San Juan and the site of Balneario Escambrón, a Blue Flag Beach. This is the closest beach to Old San Juan. Just across from the beach is the Parque Luis Muñoz Rivera. This beautiful, historic, tree-lined park was just completely renovated and is a great stopping off point if you are in the area.
