Every year in Juana Díaz starts with a deeply religious event on January 6: the Three Kings Day. On this day, the Three Kings visit the Island's towns, giving joy and presents to the children. In Juana Díaz there is a big celebration, which culminates at the Plaza Román Baldorioty de Castro where the Three Kings offer incense, gold and myrrh to the Baby Jesus. This huge commemoration has been celebrated since 1884.

Un très beau sanctuaire sur les hauteurs d'une montagne, avec la Sainte Croix de la Nouvelle Évangélisation et la statue du Père Kentenich, le fondateur de l'ordre.
Le monument des Trois Rois est dédié aux trois groupes ethniques suivants: les Amérindiens Taínos, les Noirs et les Espagnols. La fête des Trois Rois a lieu le 6 janvier.
